What we want to prevent
That they don´t invite you to key meetings or exclude you from the day to day little by little.
That they have doubts about whether you can do your job and your ability to lead a team.
That your sales colleagues think that the competition is going to take advantage of your physical change.
Being left out of events with clients because of your physical change.
That they use your cancer as an excuse to relieve you of your job or promotions.
That your colleagues or managers do not understand why you do not wear your wig.
That managers without empathy look for methods of harassment to make you resign.
That managers you depend on make you feel uncomfortable by insinuating incapacity.
What we want you to say about your company
My team understands my treatment and support me more than before.
In my company they have supported me with resources and flexibility to carry out my work.
They are proud of me, they help me with my clients, and they make me feel comfortable despite my physical change.
They started a support group and have been involved as a company in health education meetings.
They make me feel at ease and understand the changes caused by the treatment.
The managers have been respectful. They show me their appreciation and support.
